The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is one of the premier hotels located on the famed Las Vegas Strip. The sheer size of the MGM Grand is impressive -- with 6,852 rooms, it is the largest single hotel in the entire U.S. The hotel boasts 30 floors with a number of different ways to beat the Nevada heat, including five outdoor pools and water features like rivers and waterfalls that cover a grand total of 6.6 acres of real estate. Other amenities include the Grand Spa, several shops, nightclubs, and restaurants all located on the property.
In addition to its many facilities, the MGM Grand is known just as much for its incredible casino. Here, guests can try their luck on all of the traditional casino games like blackjack, poker, roulette, craps, and slot machines. Gamblers of all budgets are welcome as well, as games range from penny slots to high-stakes tables. The casino never closes so visitors can cash in their chips anytime day or night.
Even if you aren't a gambler, there are plenty of other ways for travelers to keep themselves entertained at the MGM Grand. There is Brad Garret's Comedy Club, David Copperfield Theater with the famed magician, Ka theater with Cirque du Soleil performances, the MGM Grand Garden Area, and the Jabbawockeez theater that hosts performances by the world-famous dance group.
Finally, there are several dining options located all within the walls of the MGM Grand. These range from quick and casual eateries like TAP Sports bar all the way to fine dining provided by Emeril Lagasse and Wolfgang Puck. Whether guests are coming for some family fun or a wild bachelor party weekend, the MGM Grand is an ideal place to stay.

Very friendly staff. Enjoyed everything
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV didn’t work. Called the front desk and was told someone would come to check it out. No one ever came. At check in, service wasn’t very good. Booked the room through Kayak/Traveluro in July. Had to pay again when checking in when we arrived in September. We were told at MGM Grand that no payment from Traveluro was received. Called Traveluro and have yet to hear back from them. I don’t know whose fault this is. At checkout, I wanted a printed receipt for documentation due to the double payments. Was told that I would need to get a receipt by email. Filled out a card with the information needed but have yet to receive a receipt. Not at all pleased with the service at MGM Grand.
No fridge or microwave to store food or heat up. Drawers were broken and the inside where the tv box was filthy and never been cleaned with dust accumulation. Light switch was broken and the airconditioner was right up against the bed so when it turns On it vibrates the whole bed and makes loud noise.
Pros. Friendliness of the staff!
Cons. Superior service.
Pros. Hotel lobby and facilities were nice.
Cons. the hotel rooms could be updated, seemed a little older.
Pros. Yes it’s was
Cons. Everything was good
Pros. Yes, the bed and room were very comfortable
Pros. Bed was comfortable, too noisy at night in our room could hear people all night. Need to open lazy river and wet republic without that, the pools are mediocre at best.
Cons. More restaurants open, we were their on our anniversary first time in Vegas and all they gave us was a 25$ dining credit, pretty weak when you hear about all the cool was they take care of couples celebrating things.
Pros. Amazing hotel!
Pros. Place was amazing. Bed was so comfortable. Great location at the beginning of the Strip.
Cons. Nothing.
