The location was excellent, but the hotel and facilities do not match what it advertised online. Only a small portion of the hotel is newly renovated. The remainder looks like something out of a horror film. Certainly not worth the nearly $400/night they are asking for. The pool is also very difficult to get to, not accessible without climbing multiple flights of stairs.
Beautiful location right on the Cove
Pros. The location was nice and the staff was pretty friendly. Bed was pretty comfortable. They provided a fan.
Cons. An air conditioner would have been nice, or at least some kind of warning that there wouldn't be one. The room was pretty dated. Bathroom felt like I sitting in a high school bathroom. Light switch didn't do anything. Had to use my cell phone light to find the lamp switches in the nightstand. After about 2am there was a fairly consistent banging noise. It was loud. Parking was $25.
