Room was not “ re-modeled” and about the level of a bad Motel 6. Expensive rate which didn’t live up to the billing at all. Went to Barry Manilow which made it convenient. Time share sales people in the lobby are everywhere and pushy. Also- heater in room didn’t work and room was cold all the time. Room was dirty also. Not as pictured for a “ signature “ room. Disappointing overall.
Resort fee is high when their internet does not work properly, and their tv account review never worked. They also don’t allow water or pop bottles you buy in their stores to be brought in the pool area.
Loved the bed and shower. However I didn’t know there was a closer elevator to my room till the last night. I also was frustrated of where to catch an Uber. It would have been nice to be informed about that. It cost me $5 fee.
Pros. This hotel was amazing, first time visiting but definitely not the last.
Cons. Overall this whole experience was amazing
Pros. Very clean, loved my updated room, bed was extremely comfortable.
Cons. I got a room at the end of the wing and the walk was long, I know that the elevators are limited, but the walking after the parties was dreadful.
Pros. The bed was super super super comfortable.
Cons. More elevators.
Pros. That everything was in close range and that we really didn't have to leave if we didn't want to.
Cons. A microwave in the room for leftovers and easier uber/lyft access.
Pros. bed ed comfy, very clean and friendly staff
Cons. jacuzzi was closed and wished pool was bigger. to bad no kiddie pool
Pros. Yes
Pros. Everything was great even during the covid. I really enjoyed the room was more elegant than the last room I stayed in.
