Worst part is the shuttle drivers, 2 drivers in a row passed us up because we "had too much luggage" until the 3 driver stopped and picked us up. Waiting over 2 hours outside LAX with a small child and grandmother until a shuttle driver was willing to assist us was a terrible experience. Hotel is not very close to the airport. Hotel staff did the bare minimum in assisting. They were just there. No help in assisting us with our luggage.
The parking lot was very full, people were double parking so it also made it harder to find parking. Everything else is okay
Pros. Check in and out was quick and super smooth. Room was nice, comfy bed.
Cons. Complimentary water bottles would have been nice. Not a dealbreaker, but something I’m used to from Hilton.
Pros. The front desk lady was rude. You have to pay for hotel parking $25 per day
